This is a step-by-step guide on how to edit your weekly availability using the calendar.
Note: Edits to your weekly availability are applied to your schedule every week. For a guide on entering a single day of leave, see How to enter full and partial day leave.
1. Navigate to Calendar, then click Set Availability above the day of the week you would like to adjust.
2a. To enter partial availability, select Partial Availability from the Availability dropdown. Enter the start and end times of your availability using the Available From and the Available To dropdowns, respectively. Click Save.
2b. To mark yourself unavailable on a specific day of the week, select No Availability from the Availability dropdown, then click Save.
3. Dates with partial availability are displayed in yellow, while dates with no availability are displayed in red.
